Please allow 7-14 business days for Books & Workbooks, Apparel, & Hats to be delivered, (not including pre-ordered item). For Tote & Travel Bags please allow 18-20 business days to be delivered. Most of our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you in advance for your patience with your order!
Please note: Some products might be shipped separately because they are packaged differently, we want to ensure that the proper packaging is used for certain products to make sure that your products are secured and arrives in one piece.
We will provide all of the separate tracking numbers for you! Holidays and weekends are excluded from shipping times.

Pre-Order Shipping
Unless specified, all pre-ordered items placed by the 15th of each month will be shipped by the 15th-20th of the following month!
Customer Service
We at Brit Lashae want your shopping experience to be a great one, however you may have some questions that may arise about your order you feel you need to email about.

Your email will be responded by one of our customer service team members in regards to:
1. Damaged or defective goods within 24 hours of receiving your package.
2. Tracking has not been received within 10 business days.
Once your item is made & shipped you will receive a tracking number by the email you provided at the time of purchase. If you have not received your tracking, please check your spam folder in the email you provided at the time of purchase because shipping will be sent to your email automatically. You will not be able to receive a tracking number before the allowed time of shipment. Please be sure to check your address before checking out for we are not responsible for incorrect shipping information. Incorrect shipping information during the time of checkout will result in delays or returns with your order. Once Your item shows that it has been delivered to the address you have provided, we are not liable for product not being received. If you have not received your item, take the tracking number we provided and go to the shipping service to find your item. We are not responsible for time delay due to postal service error after tracking has been issued. Please see postal service if this error occurs.
Refund and Exchanges (if applicable)
All items are custom made to order and are non-cancelable, non-returnable & non-refundable. Our refund policy is all sales are final. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 24 hours of receiving your package. No exchanges permitted except for damaged or defective items. Please send us an email with order number and photo of damaged item to support@britlashae.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.
We do not offer refunds for refusing merchandise once it has shipped or damaged that has been done by the shipping carrier. All claims will need to be made with the postal carrier to receive a refund for reorder. Complaints about defective or damaged items will be handled through email only and not through social media. Negativity on social media is an automatic band from the channels of social media provided by our company.
